PatientFi for plastic surgery

Plastic surgery is the company’s core market. Procedures often cost $5,000 to $20,000 or more, which is where its advertised limit of up to $60,000 and terms up to 84 months matter. The company also has co-marketing agreements with Allergan Aesthetics, including financing for Natrelle breast implants, and in May 2026 announced a native integration with 4D EMR, a practice management system used by many surgical practices.

PatientFi for fertility and IVF

Fertility care can involve several rounds of treatment. The company says its financing can cover treatments, medications, labs, testing and other out-of-pocket costs, and that its Digital Wallet lets patients use one approval throughout their fertility journey. Keep in mind that every new charge still opens a separate loan with its own terms.

PatientFi for dental work

It partners with dental service organizations and large group practices on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, where implants and full-mouth work can run into five figures. For routine dental visits, a reusable card like CareCredit may be more practical. See PatientFi vs CareCredit.

PatientFi for LASIK

LASIK is usually a single, predictable cost, which makes it a good candidate for a 0% promotion if you can pay it off in time. Use the PatientFi calculator to set a monthly amount that clears the balance before the deadline.

PatientFi for med spa treatments

For recurring treatments like injectables, some med spas offer PRIVI memberships, the company’s monthly membership platform, instead of a loan for each visit.
