How to make a PatientFi payment

Online

In the Payment Portal, choose Payments, then Make a One-Time Payment. Set the amount, pick the correct loan ID if you have more than one loan, choose the date and payment method, authorize the electronic payment and schedule it.

By phone

The company lists its billing team at (877) 312-3625 for one-time phone payments.

By check

Include your billing account number and loan ID in the memo so the payment is applied to the right loan.

PatientFi applies a 0.25% APR discount when you pay by autopay, on both fixed-rate and promotional loans.

Accepted methods are debit cards and bank accounts (ACH). Prepaid cards and HSA/FSA cards are not accepted for loan payments.

Common PatientFi account problems
